Yes. Descend imports UDDF files (a widely supported open dive-log format) or plain CSV exports from most other dive-log apps, so switching over doesn't mean starting from scratch.
Deleting your account removes everything from our servers immediately, including any synced photos. Data that only ever lived on your device is unaffected unless you delete the app too. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
